The Origin

Why Dahab Apartment

Dahab Apartment was born from wanting a place we ourselves were searching for — a space that combines the privacy of a luxury apartment with the atmosphere of an intimate spa.

The name Dahab comes from Arabic and means "gold." It's also the name of a picturesque town on the Red Sea, on the Sinai Peninsula — a place associated with stillness, calm, nature, and extraordinary light. That very atmosphere became the inspiration for our apartment.

We're not a hotel chain or a large lodging property. We're a small team of people who believe that true luxury isn't about excess, but about quality, privacy, and attention to every detail.

Every element of Dahab Apartment was chosen deliberately — from the finishing materials, to the lighting and scent of the interior, down to the amenities and our own signature relaxation rituals. We want our guests to slow down, even if just for a moment, and feel truly looked after.

Our Philosophy

We believe a place can shape how you feel. That's why we created a space that lets you rest — not just your body, but your mind too. A private infrared sauna, a large bathtub, massage chairs, heated floors, mood lighting, and the option to book massages and spa packages create an experience that's hard to compare to a traditional hotel.

Luiza is the eye behind every detail of Dahab Apartment — from the first sketch of the layout to the last candle placed on the shelf. Drawn to warm, textural interiors long before this project began, she treats a room the way others treat a favorite recipe: patiently, and never quite finished. She believes a space should feel considered rather than decorated, and that the best interiors are the ones guests forget to photograph because they're too busy relaxing in them.

Creator & Designer of the Space

Joanna makes sure the apartment runs as beautifully as it looks — from the moment a booking lands to the moment the door closes behind the last guest. She has a quiet talent for anticipating what a guest might need before they ask for it, and holds the same standard for a folded towel as she does for a five-star check-in. If the apartment feels effortless to stay in, it's because she made it that way.
